“Slow delivery but great items”

I hate going shopping during the sales so ordered some goods in Zara's website on the 2nd January. It took 10 days to receive them but Zara got in touch a couple of days before to apologise about the delay. The clothes arrived neatly folded and didn't look like they had been tried on a million time like in the shops! Overall happy, my only comment is that they need to improve their delivery time.
