In November I ordered (online) a pair of jeans from Peter Hahn. I had an acknowledgement of the order by email. I heard nothing from them regarding delivery. Exactly a month later I emailed them to ask about delivery and they said they were awaiting further stock. Another month went by without any further communication from them and I emailed them to remind them I was still awaiting my order - same response "awaiting stock". Today NINE WEEKS after placing my order I get a very brief postcard to say that this item was very popular and had sold out.
They have lost any future custom from me and I will be warning family and friends not to use them too.
