I ordered three bottles of wine as a Christmas present on the 11th of December, 9 days before the cut off for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. On the 20th I got an email saying my order was dispatched but 1 bottle would be dispatched at a later date, with no more information. My calls and email on the day went unanswered. Meaning I was left hoping to get it before Christmas, but I never did. I have since contacted them on three separate occasions, and I still do not know when or if my wine will be delivered.
