I ordered a Boss Bottled the collectors edition in end of Oct 2012. Did not turn up after 7-9 business days they promised at point of transaction. Neither did after 18 working days they made up in a series of email exchange with the CS rep from this company. They put the blame on Royal Mail and refused responsibility for the delay. Kept emailing them during course of the dispute only to get replies asking me to wait and wait and wait and read terms and conditions again and again. They did not respond to my last email on the 28th business day which was six weeks in total after transaction completed. I used a prepaid card to pay. The card issuer sorted things out and I got my money back in end of Dec 2012 after reporting Trade Services with link to a review forum and a copy of the email chain.
Don't know what to do when the good finally arrives. If only they really sent if off. Will keep it as evidence unless they have the gut to reveal their (return) address. Get the wisdom: don't get involved with their business. Done!
