After placing an order online to be delivered to a local store I never received the collection email. I checked in with the store on several occasions then after nearly two weeks was told I needed to contact thier customer services. So like after 30 mins on hold I was told that the dress I'd ordered had left the warehouse but had disappeared! Has it been stollen? Anyway I was offered a refund and told that I would need to reorder the dress after another 5 day wait for the refund to reach my account. OK? Well no 'cos now the dress is out of stock and can't be reordered. What rubbish customer service this really should have been dealt with sooner and more sympathetically I feel and will not be shopping with them again.
