“Ordered three hampers only one delivered terrible service!”

Place order on 12 dec for three hampers only one delivered. Sent several online enquiries and rang four times fobbed off each time . Customer service actually told me she couldn't put me on hold as it would clog up the lines and they had so many complaints coming through. Terrible service.
