I dealt with Wow airline in the change over period and actually ended up having to take time off work to go to Gatwick Airport to sort out the issue.The e-mail I received for the airline was so bizzare and so I thought I had been scammed as did other people including my Boss. I consider us to be reasonably intelligent. The staff at Gatwick had minimal information about WOW. The flight itself was fine.
However I sent a letter to WOW air on the Ist November 2012 and true to form have received no reply yet.
