I opened an account with woolworth and was successful. I then received a phone call on day of delivery of items to ask security questions, date of birth , age and address. I was advised that I got the answers wrong ! I thnk I know how old I am and where I live. I asked what I got wrong and they stated they are not obliged to tell me. Thank you Woolworth for messing up a most wanted Christmas present. Also they recorded the phone call without telling me , which I understand is a legal requirement. Disgusted with their service. Give them a wide birth !!!!! I only gave one star because there isnt a facility to give no stars ............
