Our luggage was seriously damaged, the suitcase can no longer be used. We claimed the case on arrival and were told within max. 3 working days we would receive a notification. After three weeks and several phone calls initiated from our side there is still no confirmation. There is no contact at all from airline side, the phone number from guest services given to us can never be reached, simply no replies. We are both frequent travellers, we never received luggage in such a poor condition. And now no responsiveness at all from the airline, delaying the case, hoping passenger will leave the country without any compensation. We will leave the country but for sure not on Cebu Pacific. Price is not everything, basic international Standards on claim handling should be given.
