I ordered 2 hampers to be delivered to relatives for Xmas. Prior to ordering I confirmed that they would be delivered on time and when I had a confirmed delivery date of 21 Dec I went ahead with the order (On 17 Dec)

It's now 31 Dec and still no hampers, or response from iHampers as to where they are.

Note potential buyers, you cannot call the company should there be any issues, you have to submit an email which I did 6 days ago and still have had no response!! They claim to have a Live Chat option but everytime I have clicked on it it says it is offline!!

I'm really upset and disppointed as I believed them to be a reputable and professional outfit. Instead they are the complete opposite and all I want to do now is cancel my order, get my money refunded and put in an official complaint to Consumer Affairs - that's how bad my experience has been with them. I've sent 3 messages now and no one has responded at all, to any one of them. I bought my parents one of the hampers to help out with Xmas expenses and it still hasn't arrived.

What's more frustrating though is the lack of response from iHampers, and the inability to talk to anyone about it. They really don't give a sh*t about customers, they just want your money!
