“No hamper, no apparent interest in finding it, no...”

I ordered two hampers to be delivered on Xmas Eve. One arrived, one didn't. I wrote to i-hampers asking where it was and they gave me a number and told me I am in a queue, as they have such a large volume of queries to deal with. They also told me NOT to contact them using this code, as this would mean losing my place in the queue! A week later, still no answer to my question, no hamper and no money back. My "hamperless" friend is so disappointed and I'm FURIOUS, not just about the missing hamper, but about the dreadful, uncaring after sales service. (The hamper which did arrive on time was fine, incidentally).
