“Item sent was fake!”

I ordered from this website hastily due to the low price. After reading several reviews I was panicking and called the customer service number to cancel the order. The female on the end of the phone (who I have read about in several other awful reviews) was so rude and basically told me it would cost me 30% of the cost of the order to cancel. I took a chance that the perfume I ordered for my girlfriend for christmas - Jadore - might actually be genuine. I can 100% guarantee it is NOT, it smells nothing at all like Jadore which she uses very regularly and could be better decscribed as smelling like cat wee. I have no intention of pursuing a refund as I have no doubt after having to speak to the obnoxious woman I previously spoke to I would not get one anyway. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINTED.
