I know some people will think im a right geek working Christmas day however i just had to get some work done for our Christmas sale. I made a mistake and needed a back up restore quickly and had to contact support to do this for me as i foolishly hadnt made my own.
My ticket and request was answered and actioned within the hour and i was very impressed. Thank you
