“Too many problems to mention!”

Their website has been advising guaranteed pre Christmas delivery for all orders placed before 20 December. Shame they couldn't deliver my order from 4th December and in three phone calls have given me three different excuses. It has been a courier error, sent to the wrong warehouse and out of stock all with 3 hours. This has seriously disrupted my Christmas plans as no other suppliers could help on 24 December.

I will be taking advice from trading standards - an offer of delivery in the first week of January when they had never made any attempt to inform me of problems during the last 4 weeks, is simply unacceptable. I'd strongly advise against using this company.
