“limited knowledge on the products and communication...”

On 22/12/2012 I had some shopping done in House of Fraser in WestField, White City, I did not think the overall experience was good enough. Although I appreciate it was the busiest time of the year, the staff could have done much better.

I did not like the Sale team was not helpful, make the shopping even harder.
