I placed my order, then realised two days later I had ordered the wrong item, I emailed and received a reply that night although I had emailed very late. They then rang me the next day and halted the delivery of my item, although it had been dispatched and resent the item I wanted. All at no extra cost. The beautiful Heron I had ordered arrived today, I am so pleased with it, the quality is excellent and lovely a present for my Mum. It came packaged with care on the day I was advised.

Can't fault anything about the company or the product. Fantastic. I can highly recommen this company.
