“Poor Quality and No Customer Service”

I ordered 8 personalised Christmas cards, two of which arrived with the card torn and marked. I have emailed Moonpig about this three times in the hope of a reprint in time for Christmas. One week on I have still not received a reply and have had to send out the torn cards. Considering the price I really would have expected better service, I will not be using them again.
