“Placed order, no email to tell me its not available -...”

I ordered dressing up outfit for my gran daughter in mid Nov for Xmas, received confirmation, waited for it to be delivered, nothing had arrived by due date so I tracked the parcel to find they had cancelled my order - phoned them, apparently their stock control isn't very good and so they cancelled it without bothering to email me. They had more in stock so I ordered it again. tracked the order after 2 days as I didn't trust them and guess what, it had been cancelled again without them bothering to email me again. Thank god I had 7 days left to order with a decent company. I won't be relying on woolworths again.
