At last I meet with people experiencing the same pains trying to deal with Virgin Media! having spent the last 5 loyal years with Virgin the service in the last twelve months has been nothing short of bonkers, run while you can people the good ship Virgin has run aground and she is taking in water, if you're happy to put up with the spin then I suggest you stay... For me though the combination of out of date equipment, slow speeds, empty promises to double the speed, higher call charges and with spin doctors/gate keepers for sales representatives is a good sign that change is a calling, I never like to think of any great name in trouble but this service sure is one business that needs a customer service overhaul! I liken there misleading sales tactics too Ryanair who lets face it really couldn't give a stuff about whether you fly or not.

If this country were made up of sheep how is it that we can produce great things like the Olympics? come on Virgin wake up your customers really do care what they are spending their money on and that the offering lives up to the reality..
