“Absolute disaster”

Ordered a December bouquet for someone coming home from hospital. Flowers arrived a day late, dumped on the doorstep by CityLink and box and flowers damaged.

Replacement bouquet never arrived - Damaged at CityLink depot and ordered destroyed by M&S.

Refund given and replacement upgraded bouquet & chocolates arrived - dumped on the doorstep by CityLink, box damaged, flowers damaged and chocolates damaged.

Flowers were meant to be a comfort but just caused a load of stress.

The really anoying thing is that M&S will not publish a review on their website if there is any reference to delivery, well at least if there is any negative reference to delivery. Even my last effort "Unfortunately flowers were damaged" was rejected.

So, no way to warn others that this is a truly appalling service from M&S. Will be going elsewhere in future.
