This Is Johnny English Without The Humour Or Crude
This is Johnny English without the humour or crudeness. I took my 14 year old daughter to see this for her birthday and she was very disappointed.

They Did A Wonderful Job On Get Smart. Steve Care
They did a wonderful job on Get Smart. Steve Carell was born to play the role made famous by Don Adams in the television series but instead of trying to emulate Adams, Carell gives it his own personal touch. In fact the whole cast does a great job.
CONTROL has been decimated by KAOS, leaving analyst Maxwell Smart to take to the field as Agent 86 to try and find out, not only who is behind the plot against CONTROL, but also to prevent the nuclear annihilation of the world. Accompanied by Agent 99 (Anne Hathaway), 86 travels to Russia to confront the men behind both of these situations. The chief (Alan Arkin) has high hopes that Smart will be able to complete the mission, save the world and prove his worth as a field agent for CONTROL. How Max accomplishes that is probably not in the Agent's Handbook.
This movie pays homage to the TV series in many wonderful ways, the comedy is never ending and the fun never stops. If you like comedy, were a fan of the series, enjoy the work of Steve Carell or just want a good experience at the movies, you'll like this one. If it hasn't been released in your part of the world, (August 22 in the UK) find out when, mark it down and go see it.
Oh and they leave it wide open for a sequel, I'm hoping they go that route and you will too.
