I ordered £150 worth of sportswear and used PayPal to pay. Their website doesn't warn you that if you pay by PayPal you cannot return to store for refund or even exchange. I was forced to post items back to the depot which cost a fortune, but as I couldn't get to the store within 14 days I had to get an exchange. You have to spend the exact money too as you cannot pay any additional money. It's cost me money, inconvenience and trouble. I contacted them to explain my troubles to get an email back saying sorry but they do strive for top customer service........load if rubbish and will never use again!
