“Poor Service”

We as a new company started using QTAG and was excited at how quick and friendly and a non complicated company to use , so we kept using them for all our clothing orders with in mind we are a growing business ande wanted to stick with a great company , this has since failed as we did an order half was missing and half was not despatched , they gave us a discount code by way of appology which we thought was very very good of them, so the next day we get another order and place waht we needed to have it again be an issue , get refunded after a few days wasted without asking for a refund and told we would have to re-order from the website and wait another few days , for this we were offered a free postage code , but to be honest we went elsewhere and where we have gone we will now continue to use and grow with.

Its sadden us as we were all for QTAG above any other but 2 issues one after the other was a mickey take and we paid £1 more we got what we ordered the next day
