“Good Customer Service”

Unfortunately, the unlock code for my phone wasn't available when I used Mobile Unlocked. However, I was informed of this very quickly, and offered a refund. I chose to wait, as they re-check the database every day, but after a few weeks decided to give up. They were always incredibly quick to reply to my enquiries, and my eventual refund was also handled quickly and without quibble. Would definitely use again.
