Goodness only knows who it is that leaves 5* ratings for these people - unless they're doing it themselves. The communication is terrible, the website is woeful, getting hold of them on the phone is a waste of time, you won't get your goods, and if you ask for a refund? Forget it.
Take my advice - go elsewhere, someone you can trust. These people may be cheaper but the time and money you'll spend on chasing them up will far outweigh any savings you might make.
