“Item out of stock but still no refund.”

I am so disappointed to be treated the way I have by such a well established company. I orded several items from JD sports and the parcel arrived promptly, one item was missing and this was acknowledged on the invoice, however trying to get my money/refund back for this one item that was out of stock is a whole other story! After many ignored emails I finally went to PayPal and created a dispute to get my money back. I will never shop with JD sports again, they have extremely poor customer care.
