“Awful experience”

I strongly recommend you avoid this airline. There are low cost airlines and then there's WizzAir. I understand you get what you pay for but what happens when you don't get what you paid for?
I booked a flight, paid, received the onsceen confirmation but then WizzAir deny the booking ever took place. They charged me for it, confirmed by CC company but then insisted I rebook at far greater cost. The customer service line is comically bad and at 77p per minute is outrageous. By the way there is no other way to deal with any problem. You have to use this premium rate number. This airline is appalling. And to boot a booking fee isn't a booking fee if it charges twice as much for a return flight as a oneway ticket in the same booking. That's simply extra revenue for the airline.
