“THIEVES”

My husband and I had been searching for a headboard now for a good several months. We came across Furniture 123 and thought Yes, that's a good deal for a king size headboard. Their website said it was in stock and that it would be a next day delivery so we bought it. Our order number is 213038.

A few days later my husband gets a call saying it was out of stock and that they could fulfill our order the following week so we said fine, no rush.

By this time, they had taken money for the headboard - just letting you know.

It has now been SEVEN weeks with no contact from them regarding our order. I found a number to call them, it was automated message telling me to contact them via their website which I have done today. If I do not receive anything back by Thursday I will be finding the correct authorities to charge them with fraud and theft and then will be contacting a watchdog company to add to their file for fake companies that steal from hard working people. Then if they refuse to give us a refund that my husband has now requested for, this will be going to court.
