“Synthetic stone solfataras as genuine!! ”

Fake stone for over 4K they sold with a description and certificate as a "genuine"! We got a sapphire from auction and paid for price over 4K went to gemologist and it turn out synthetic!!! Very upset about it, had to waste extra time and money on a returns and stuff..
Talking to customer service is like talking to a table they have no clue what they selling no knowledge of a products.. At least someone needs to answering a phone with a general knowledge of a jewelry don't tell me just read a description every time. When u sell a piece of jewelry for thousands of dollars put a decent description on it. Treatments barely or not at all mentioned which is also important part.
Check your jewelry people if you bought from them
