If I remember rightly, upon ordering, the website did not alert me that there was insufficient stock to fullfill my order. I had to contact via the website and await an email response to my request for delivery information of the shortage. My accounts man was perturbed by receiving an invoice that did not match the original expenditure as we now had to have two deliveries. Making allowances for the order I placed might have been for 'slow moving' parts, and the prices being very keen, Good job really.
