DO NOT BELIEVE the good reviews - this is the most stressful and depressing way to buy tickets. Not only did we pay WAY over and above the face value of the tickets (OK that was our choice) but we still hadn't received the tickets by 3:30pm the day before we went and we only received them because I spent many hours on the phone trying to find out where they were. To add insult to injury we never received the tickets we actually purchased in the first place. We were on the other side of the O2 and several rows back! Save yourself a lot of heartache and find another way to get tickets - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
