I spent over £100 at boohoo.com and once my order was received all of the items looked very cheap and of poor material so I returned all of the items and over a month later I am still awaiting refund, so I obviously contacted them several times with no reply and now they say they havent received my return! I am not impressed at all but luckily I posted them on a recorded delivery so now I am in the process of sending them my post office receipt (as they dont accept scans..) and I will see what happens from here but I am discusted with their customer service and I would never purchase from boohoo.com again it is a discrace
