“This company just robbed me of £100!!!”

I went for a laser hair removal consultation. My appointment was at 4pm but I turned up about 10mims early. I was let in by a member of staff and was told to take a seat and fill out a questionnaire. About 10mins later another member of staff took my questionnaire and assured me I would be seen very soon ... I was still waiting over an hour later!!! Eventually I received a phone call from Harley Laser Specialists telling me I had missed my appointment. I explained to them that I was, in fact, in their waiting area to which they did not apologise but swiftly ushered me into a treatment room. After a consultation which lasted about 5mins, including having a test past done, I was told I must leave a £100 deposit for treatment. Apparently you must book a course of six, and no individual treatments. I explained I was due to go on holiday within the 10 days and was told I would not be able to have the treatment before so I should phone to book appointment once my skin has returned to its normal colour after my holiday. I have since moved to Ireland and am no longer able to get to London for treatment. I phoned to explain this and was told under circumstances will they offer me a refund on my deposit. This company have just taken £100 from me and told me that I would have to come to London from Belfast just to have a treatment worth £100!!! Very very disappointing. This may be a far cheaper company but their service is atrocious!
