“Superb support”

I raised a ticket as I had upgraded my website application to run with .Net 4.0 and had forgotten it would break the website. Pollard responded to my ticket (rated high not urgent) and promptly sorted the issue and got back to me to let me know that the website was now fixed - all with roughly 20 minutes.
Excellent service and one very happy customer.
