Our first contact with Crystal was when the rep came to our house. He was very patient with us, showed us samples of windows, handles etc and answered all our queries. We did get an alternative quotation, but did not get the right vibes from their rep hence our decision to go with Crystal. So glad we did!
From the erection of the scaffolding to completion we were completely satisfied with the instalation. The fitters were extremely experienced and professional and carried the work out to a high standard, despite having two large bay windows to contend with!! The windows and doors were cleaned well after installation and all rubbish cleared away. Would certainly recommend Crystal Windows to friends and neighbours.
