I was unable to delete the existing forwarding of my email after buying a full email facility and used the chat facility to ask for help.
From past experience with chat services, I was expecting it to be a long and drawn out affair, dotting i's and crossing t's and then maybe still not getting it resolved.
For the first time ever, I was able to get it all done in a couple of minutes. There was no need to refine my query or ask nonsense questions as the person I dealt with clearly and easily understood my problem straightaway - and I was provided with a resolution that was instantly actioned by the chat service once I agreed to them doing it on my behalf.
So top marks to this person and if all 123 support are as good as this then they are truly exceptional - and I don't give praise lightly or very often, so very well done!
