“Telesales could be more customer service oriented”

We rung up 4 times asking about insurance for 2 mobiles through a small company. Was told 3 times that someone would ring back as there was a separate department for business phone coverage - no one rang back.

On the 4th occasion, as my PA was ringing for me, she was told she could not organise the coverage (as it was not for her) but could do so over the internet.

The Telesales customer service representatives ALL sounded like very uninterested in what they were doing, and were not very positive representatives of their company, and really sounded as if they could not be bothered.

Using the internet to sign took only a couple minutes.

Protect your was recommended to us by the telephone suppliers and that is the only reason we preserved with the protect your insurance coverage.
