“Shocking Service - Avoid”

I ordered 2 items from Furniture 123 for next day delivery. One was delivered several days later, damaged. The other, 6 weeks on, has still not been delivered and they are not responding to my emails. There is no means to contact by phone.

I would advise everyone to avoid this company - their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
