“Website error takes multiple payments and V Rude”

We made a substantial payment for Christmas presents - on attempting to pay we received an error message that the order could not be processed and were asked to re-order which we did so twice as requested. They then proceeded to take the payment 3 times for the same order and we now have to wait for a refund! (They advised we were only set to receive one set of goods and not three)

Mistakes do happen and we understand this, but the customer 'service' representative was rude and said that by re-submitting the order as requested by them we had authorised them to take the money 3 times! Refused to let us speak to his manager after we advised that we found his communication rude stating his manager would say exactly the same thing. Would not give us his surname ...

Had the customer service been as it should be, this review would not be here to buy from Wiggle from now on.
