“Car availability at pickup”

Booking on internet, no problem, good site easy to use. At the time of pickup, the category reserved was not available. Thrifty did not respect their part of the contract (rentalcar's subcontrator). We accepted a smaller car. Since we paid Rentalcars in advance we had to request a reimbursement from them and not from Thrifty. I am happy to say that I received the reimbursement. However it took a lot of time, after many emails and follow-up, and 2 months later, the reimbursement was made.
