I was actually thoroughly disappointed with the service that GSM Liberty provided. I requested and paid for an unlock code for a KP100 and received the code very soon after making the order. However the process did not work, I contacted them immediately about the problem and received a response informing me that the issue would be passed on to the senior management team. A solution was never found, I even emailed them a video showing them that the process didn't work. I demanded a refund but they have not yet responded to that request and have not yet given me my money back. Extremely disappointed and unimpressed with this service, I suggest you look elsewhere for a more reliable result.
