“the worst customer service I've ever experienced”

it is beyond me that in this day and age a company could have such terrible customer service. I've sent three emails via the online form and never received a single response. unbelievable!!

plus, as a US customer shipping takes forever unless you pay $30 and you have to pay for returns. I just don't see the point of shopping here.
