HOW DO YOU RATE FLOWERS THAT WERE NEVER DELIVERED ? I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR A RELATIVE'S VIEWING AND WAS SHOCKED WHEN I WENT TO THE VIEWING AND THE FLOWERS WERE NOT THERE. WHEN I CALLWS "JUST FLOWERS" THE WERE NOT NICE AND TOLD ME TO CHECK WITH THE FAMILY. I AM PART OF THE FAMILY AND HAD CHECKED WITH THE FUNERAL HOME AND THERE WAS NO DELIVERY OF THE FLOWERS I ORDERED! THE CONFIRMATION WAS FOUR PAGES LONG OF ALL KINDS OF GUARANTEES. THIS IS ALL WELL AND GOOD BUT DELIVERY WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE.
IF I KNEW WHAT KIND OF COMPANY I WAS DEALING WITH I WOULD NOT HAVE PLACED THE ORDER!!!!!
