“Haven't a clue what they are doing”

I have been a littlewoods customer for 20 years and have to say they have got worse and worse over the years. Ive had problems with a few faulty items delivery's etc and customer services are absulutely useless. I bought a washing machine and it was faulty. It kept stopping at exactly 11 minutes and wouldnt drain or spin therefore ruining some clothes. They replaced it with the same model. When this model developed the same fault the lovely customer services supervisor said it was an intelligent machine just doing its job and try putting towels in to bulk the load. Very stupid response especialy in winter. Im stuck with it now.
I paid for a next day saturday delivery recently for an item of £600 and waited in all day 7am-7pm. It never arrived. Phoned littlewoods and they said it had been sent through Royal Mail. I asked why it had been sent through them and they replied 'its a courier delivery'! Royal Mail are not couriers which the littlewoods man did agree on. Finally got it on the Tuesday. These are just 2 incidents of dealing with customer services over the last year.
Seriousely AVOID. They really haven't got a clue!!
