This is the second cardigan in this style from Woolovers. Still wearing the first but wanted another in a different set of colours. I ordered a Medium but found, when it arrived, it was too big. Sent it back & requested a Small and the whole process was really easy with excellent communication throughout. My new Small cardie in exchange arrived promptly and without fuss and I'm delighted with it.
