Brilliant service if you don't do it over the phone. I send money to Montenegro every month simply by going to my local Western Union agency, in my case a travel shop, filling a form in, paying the fee ( excessive ) and texting the resulting MTCN to my recipient. She can then collect the money within minutes from her local post-office.
On the few occasions I have had to do it over the phone I have found the staff rude, barely able to speak intelligible English in most cases and unnecessarily intrusive. You would think that as I have used the system for the last 10 years they would know all they'd need to know about me.
