“shocking”

I found rcib through confused.com and with being a student i thought it was cheap so went for it. Just bought a new car and went to upgrade my policy said i would have to start a new one because of value of car so had to go fully comp. I had payed just over 800 or my third party fire n theft policy and they qouted me 1200 and i rung another company got it for 840. When asking to cancel they wanted me to pay a fee of 150 even though i had made all payment as it was an 8 month payment plan so i cancelled and then i also have to send a letter cancelling bt they want it email so its quicker. shocking customer service and no care for their customers
