“Refund problems”

I was supposed to fly to New York with AerLingus but My flight got cancelled because of the hurricane on the east cost. I requested a refund for the tickets but still after 1 month have not received any money. Have send 3 emails ( during last week but no answer yet. Completely unprofessional.
