I had a terrible time with this company, they clearly don't understand or refuse to abide by the distance selling regulations as they wouldn't allow me to return an item unless it was checked for a fault by the manufacturer. The item wasn't even as described - I had to go through paypal to get my money back - Misco never returned the postage to send the item back - this is the first and last time I use this company.
