“RUBBISH QUALITY, NEXT DAY DELIVERY TOOK 4 DAYS !!”

We paid for £5.99 for Next day delivery and it took nearly 4 days to receive the parcel, Boohoo blame Hermes the courier, apparently they tried to deliver the item twice but there was restricted access, we were home all day and at no time was there any reason you could not gain access to our house,this is just an excuse to cover the fact that they failed to deliver the item. When the parcel did come I asked why it had taken so long, I was told that it had been overlooked and that this was a first attempt to deliver it !.

The items that my daughter ordered were of a very poor quality, the stitching was coming loose on one item and it actually looked worn !

These clothes seem affordable and good value for money but the products we received were just cheap rubbish. I have returned one item and requested a refund for the item plus the P+P as they failed to deliver in the agreed timescale and the item was of a very poor quality,we shall see whether they honour their own returns policy.
